(CRIME NO.1059/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. filing charge sheet in CRL.M.P.No.10252 of 2021 in CRL.O.P.No.14939 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021 and thereby render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.10252 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14939 of 2021 by order dated 06.10.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
