Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in the post of Sanitary Worker to time Scale of Pay with effect from 13.1.2001 i.e. the date on which the petitioners had completed 3 years of service on consolidated pay and consequently direct the respondents to pay and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears amount and other benefits payable to him with effect from 13.1.2001. In all Wps.

ORDER
As the relief sought for in all the petitions are similar, they are disposed of by this common order.
2.These writ petitions are filed by the petitioners, to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in the post of Sanitary Worker to time Scale of Pay with effect from 13.1.2001 i.e., the date on which the petitioners had completed 3 years of service on consolidated pay and consequently direct the respondents to pay and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears amount and other benefits payable to him with effect from 13.1.2001. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that all the three petitioners were regularised on 09.10.2015 and, hence the prayer made in all the three writ petitions have become infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. If the petitioners have any further grievance, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law, if so advised.
