Claiming to be the owner of the property and seeking compensation for the land acquired, a representation was given by the petitioner to all the respondents on 19.12.2016. As it was not disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the petitioner does not have a title apart https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from being the subsequent purchaser. What the petitioner seeks is a reply to the representation made by the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the third respondent to give a suitable reply to the representation dated 19.12.2016 made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
