This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 03.01.2012 made in W.P.No.2335 of 2007.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 8 of the Counter Affidavit and submitted that, the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page No.1 of 2

Contempt Petition No.776 of 2013 under contempt has been complied with by the Respondent even before the receipt of the order dated 03.01.2012 passed in W.P.No.2335 of 2007 and that, the arrears of salary due to the Petitioner herein had been claimed and paid to him. He also pointed out that, the period of suspension undergone by the Petitioner herein had already been regulated in G.O.(D) No.12, Public Works Department, dated 07.01.2004.

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
