Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first and fourth respondents in connection with the orders passed by them in their proceedings Ref.No.606745/N4/04 dated 21.10.2004 and Mu.Mu.No.8737/NiPi4/04 dated 22.11.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant the leave salary fro the period from 26.02.1987 to 09.03.1987 and from 29.06.1997 to 31.07.1997 and to treat the above said period as duty period. For Petitioner : No appearance.
