2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent had produced a copy of the proceedings AA/007/2002, dated 11.03.2022, passed by the Tahsildar, Perumbur, whereby the salary arrears including the leave encashment of the petitioner's husband, has been sanctioned. As such, the prayer in this Writ Petition has been considered. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
