This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to declare the petitioners 2 & 3 viz., Tamilbharathi and Vedhadharshini, as majors and to discharge the 1st Petitioner from the guardianship of the petitioners 2 & 3.

2. According to the 1st petitioner, the 2nd petitioner was born on 10.11.1997 and the 3rd petitioner was born on 20.09.2000 and that when the matter was being conducted before the lower Appellate Court, the petitioners 2 & 3 were minors. However, they have now become majors.

3.Considering the above submission that since the 2nd petitioner was born on 10.11.1997 and the 3rd petitioner was born on 20.09.2000, the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are declared as majors and the 1st petitioner is discharged from the guardianship of the petitioners 2 and 3 This petition is allowed accordingly.
