O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging

willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 20.02.2015 in W.P.No.4328 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent University submits that the order has been complied with and the petitioner can collect the certificates by approaching the University.

3. Mr.K.Doraisami, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Institution submitted that the name of the principal has been wrongly mentioned as Indhumathi, whereas, at the relevant point of time, the principal was Mr.Annadurai and the present Principal is Mr.Johee.

4. Both the officials are present in Court and in view of the compliance of the order passed in the Writ Petition, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
