There is no representation for the petitioner. Ms.C.Sangamithirai, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent is present.

2. Challenge is made to the order of the first respondent in D.O.No.712 of 2011, C.No.A1/31213/2011 dated 16.11.2011. The petitioner P.Jayaraman was aged about 56 years at the relevant point of time who was working as Sub Inspector of Police at Cheyur Police Station in Thiruppur District. The impugned order pertains to a transfer order dated 07.09.2011. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. Based on the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any stands closed.
