The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner dated 27.09.2013 in respect of his grievances for reduction of salary and denial of awarding Special Grade in the cadre of Secondary Grade Teacher from 18.01.2011 by the third respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent school on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
18.01.1991 and subsequently she was absorbed in the regular sanctioned post and the appointment was approved by the Competent Authorities. The writ petitioner is entitled for special pay in the cadre of Secondary Grade Teacher from 18.01.2011 and the same has not granted by the third respondent. In this regard, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the second respondent on 27.09.2013 and the same is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.09.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the appeal along with the order passed in this writ petition.
4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
