ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.11.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation, dated 20.11.2022 before the respondents 2 & 3 seeking disbursement of gratuity due for the services rendered by her for more than 14 years from 17.09.2005 to 24.10.2019, forthwith together with interest. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.

4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2022, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2022 will be considered and

appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

7. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.11.2022, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
