Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to deposit the Award amount to the credit of LAOP No.1 of 2008 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai as per the judgment dated 13.10.2015 in A.S.No.532 of 2012 on the file of High Court, Madras. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Anandhamurthy, learned Additional Government Pleader circulated a copy of G.O.(Ms)No.53, Highways and Minor Ports (EAP-I(2) Department dated 25.03.2021 before this Court, to the effect that necessary Government Order has been passed and necessary financial sanction has been accorded based on which, the amounts have been deposited to the credit of LAOP No.1/2008 now pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner concurred with the said statement.

3.Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
