Respondents Writ Petition filed under Art.226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ order or direction in the nature of Writ calling for the records of the 1st respondent ending with the Final Order No.282/2003 dated 22.4.2003 and Misc. Order No.61/2003 dated 21.3.2003 in Appeal No.C/269/2002 and quash the said order and direct the 2nd respondent to refund the Redemption Fine and Penally.
