Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the fraudulent registration vide document No.628/2017 dated 08.02.2017 on the file of the second respondent which is executed in favour of 3rd respondent and consequently, delete the entry of the above sale deed from the 1st respondent's website namely www.tnreginet.net in order to restore the original status of the land based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2017.
