This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th dates of every English calendar month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10069 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2019 by order dated 07.08.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 2nd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
