This petition has been filed seek to provide police protection to the petitioner's property.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.03.2016, a case was registered in Crime No.204 of 2016 and enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 20.12.2016 as "mistake of fact". 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
