Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the second respondent bearing R.No.76593/E1/S4/2012 dated 26.7.2012 received by the petitioner on 13.08.2012, quash the same in so far as the transfer of the petitioner and third respondent is concerned and consequently direct the second respondent to continue the petitioner as District Entomologist at the office of the Deputy Director of Health Services, Krishnagiri.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.02.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'For dismissal' on 01.03.2024.

2. Today, 01.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 10.30 a.m, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was passed over and taken up at 12.45 p.m., even then, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
