..Respondents PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021 seeking police protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021 seeking police protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she has purchased the property a 456 1⁄4 sq. ft. shop from one Indhirani vide Doc. No.1078 of 2021 at the Sub Registrar Office, Dindivanam. While so, one Venkatesan, who belongs to the ADMK party based on a fabricated documents threatened the the petitioner. The petitioner had given a complaint to the respondent police.
Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner had purchased the property from one Indhirani. The said Indhirani before selling the property, had leased the same for 99 years to one Venkatesan and there are civil dispute between the them.
4. At this juncture, the counsel for the petitioner pray that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to dispose the representation dated 10.11.2021.
5. In view of the above, direction issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.11.2021 and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the averments raised in the representation of the Petitioner and the respondent is at liberty to dispose it on its own merits.
