O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the removal of the names of the respondents 5 and 6 from the joint patta issued in Patta No.265 and also from the A Register.

Heard Mr.K.Amirthalingam,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 4. 3.

The specific case of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 and 6 did not have right or title over the property and their names have been added in 2/5

the joint patta passbook. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to respondents 1 to 4 seeking for removal of the names of respondents 5 and 6 from the patta as well as the A register. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.12.2024 after affording an opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
