This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in C.Nos.H4/1218/35898/2021 and 489/SDOC/TDM/2021, dated 25.08.2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that civil litigation in C.S.No.147/2021 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Thindivanam between the parties. It is a civil dispute and the civil case is pending.

Recording the submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Petitioner is permitted to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
