ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner. In spite of permitting the petitioner to take notice to the respondent/complainant steps not taken.

2. This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the concurrent findings of the Courts below in a private complaint arising out of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. The Courts below have held that the accused failed to rebut the presumption under Section 139 of N.I.Act, by adducing cogent and reliable evidence. The sentence of one year Simple Imprisonment and fine of Rs,5,000/- out of which Rs.2,500/- as compensation is confirmed by the appellate Court.

4. This Court finds no error in the said order, hence confirmed the order of the appellate Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
