The petition in CMP.No.1027 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 6015 days to file a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, CMP.No.1028 of 2018 has been filed to set aside the abatement and CMP.No.1029 of 2018 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as the petitioners are not aware of the death of the first respondent and only now they came to know about the death of the first respondent, the delay has occurred and the delay is neither willful nor wanton.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition and on perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, these petitions are Ordered on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
