O R D E R

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with production of the Plaint and Petition in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.658 of 2025 on the file of learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.658 of 2025, pending on its file.

3. When the petitioner seeks disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2025, the certified copy of the petition and order in I.A.No.3 of 2025 shall be filed. Instead, the petitioner filed a petition seeking to dispense with production of the plaint and petition in I.A.No.3 of 2025. Having regard to the prayer sought for in the revision, the production of the certified copy of the plaint is not necessary. The Office copy of the plaint is already included in the typedset of papers. The petitioner also produced e-court status for the suit. 2/4

4. Since e-court status for I.A.No.3 of 2025 is not available in the online portal, the petitioner is directed to produced the certified copy of the petition and order in I.A.No.3 of 2025. On production of the same, the Registry shall number the civil revision petition.

5. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. 24.02.2026 dm To The III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.
