Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the writ petition for final hearing on 30.03.2020. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Thangavelu, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
