This application has been filed seeking to restore the aforementioned Original Petition in O.P.No. 387 of 2021 which had been dismissed for default on 04.01.2024.

2. The Originally Petition has been filed seeking grant of succession certificate. Naturally, it has to be examined on merits to determine the right of the petitioners to get succession certificate with respect to the estate of the deceased.

3. This Application stands allowed.
