This petition is filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

The delay is 133 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
