ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) This Court having considered all the facts of the case has directed on the last occasion to keep one post of Constable vacant. The writ petition questioning the legality of the order dated 03-032014 passed by the fifth respondent is pending consideration before the Writ Court. The petitioner has come up with this writ appeal against the interim order wherein the application for interim relief was dismissed.

We have examined the facts and also considered rival contentions advanced by the parties. In view of the controversy involved, we are of the view that during the pendency of the writ petition, it would be just and proper to direct the respondents to keep one post of constable vacant subject to the final outcome of the pending writ petition. It is ordered accordingly. 3.
