97/2017) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SINGARAVELAN, SENIOR COUNSEL for M/S.M.SRIVIDHYA, Advocate for the Appellants, the court made the following order:- Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is scope for settlement in this matter. Therefore, the matter can be referred to the Mediation Centre. However, it is resisted by the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The parties are directed to approach the Mediation Centre through online within a period of one week from today.
