ORDER
This Court by its earlier order dated 20.01.2020 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner that he will be giving change of vakalth in this matter and this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on 07.02.2020. Accordingly, on 07.02.2020, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list and there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. This Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 14.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
