This Application is filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent from interfering with the property bearing Plot No.38 comprised in R.S.No.11 Part, Pallipattu Village, Kashuribai Nagar, situated in LA.No.872 and with Avnue in the third Cross Road, Kasthuribai Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 20 bearing Madras Corporation Division No.100, T.S.No.12 and Block No.10 on the basis of the grant of Letters of Administration granted in order dated 13.02.2018 in O.P.No.261 of 2017 pending disposal of the Application S.R.No.86763 of 2020.

2.On an earlier occasion, when an Application in A.No.3225 of 2020 was filed seeking to revoke letters of administration and was taken up for consideration by this Court, the learned counsel sought permission to withdraw his appearance for the applicant and also assured to file a memo to that effect. However, consequently by order dated 15.06.2021, this Court dismissed the said application for non-prosecution.
