The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.A memo has been filed to correct the satisfaction Court in Crl.O.P.No.3167 of 2024 and in the order passed by this Court dated 14.02.2024.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.6(b) of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

4. The memo is recorded and the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph Nos.6 and 6(b) of the order dated 14.02.2024 are to be read as follows:

"6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi and on further conditions that:- [b] the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.872 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

vkr before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi and on such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi may hand over the said amount to the defacto complainant. "
