Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in DO No.135/2011 in C.No.H1(2)/ 049427/2011 dated 2.11.2011 and C.No.H1(2)/049427/2011 dated 5.2.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.

The writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 21.11.2017 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry.
