CMP Nos.13472 and 13475 of 2021 in SA No.953 of 2000 CMP Nos.13472 and 13475 of 2021 in S.A. No.953 of 2000 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

CMP Nos.13472 and 13475 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners i) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant as appellants 9 to 16 respectively and ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr. P. Mani, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
