The above petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2021, filed by the husband for divorce from the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur, to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2. The petitioner would submit that she is residing at Chennai and she cannot travel to Thiruvallur to attend the hearing.
Further, the petitioner has no relatives at Thiruvallur. The petitioner would state that she is unemployed, having no independent source of income and totally depending on her aged mother. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the above petition.

4. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given and also taking into account the fact that the petitioner is residing at Chennai, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2021, pending on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. No costs.
