Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent relating to the respondent made in Memorandum No.11020/Ne.Bi3/E.Ni.U/Ko,Pa.E.Ni/2012, dated 20.07.2012, and quash the same as null and void, illegal and invalid, and consequently directing the respondent to pay and continue to pay subsistence allowance entitled to the petitioner together with 'Dearness Allowance' based upon full or 100% of the basic pay without effecting recoveries with retrospective effect from January 2008 as mentioned in the impugned order as aforesaid and pass such further 1/4

orders.
