Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order passed by the 1st respondent in Claim Petition in C.P.No.571 of 2001 dated 11.01.2008 and to quash the same as illegal and against the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and consequently, direct the 2nd to 8th respondent to pay the claim amount of Rs.47,900/- to the petitioner Management along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the workmen filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.40 of 2013 in which, the entire amount had been settled by the writ petitioner in favour of the workmen. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.In view of the fact that the dues are settled as per the award, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
