This Revision has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order passed by the learned Trial Judge in M.P.No.2415 of 2018 in C.C.No.6 of 2016 dated 28.01.2019 dismissing the petition for appointment of Commissioner.
2. During pendency of the petition, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court for giving evidence and that the evidence has been completed. In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous.
