ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint registered in Crime No.83 of 2016, dated 04.03.2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellore, South Crime Police, Vellore District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the parties had not pressed the complaint and hence the further action was dropped on the complaint and that RCS was also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate in RCS.No.5 of 2021, dated 03.07.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
