These applications have been filed to implead the Customs Department as their presence is required before passing further order in Cont.P.No.128 of 2023.

2. Mr.V.Sundareswaran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the Customs Department.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these Sub Applications are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the contempt petition as well as in the sub applications.

5. Post the matter on 06.03.2023.
