Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Tender Notice No.A4/3202/2022 dated 14.12.2022 issued by the third respondent and further proceedings dated 26.12.2022 vide Na.Ka.No.A4/3202/2022 issued by the third respondent and quash the same are illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct the e-tender with vide publication in Newspapers and also by following the Rules in Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000.

O R D E R
The Tender Notification dated 14.12.2022 issued by the third respondent, is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the bid was conducted and the fourth respondent was the successful bidder allotted with the contract.
3. An agreement was entered into between the successful bidder and the Department and the work also has been commenced.
4. This being the factum, the cause aroused for the purpose of challenging the Tender Notification did not exist as of now. If any other grievance exists to the writ petitioner, she is at liberty to approach the Competent Forum.
5. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
