This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Mr.M.Murali Vinoth, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the Respondent and did not raise serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 64 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
