ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.P.Ayyasamy, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks removal of statute of Lord Muruga erected in a hill in Thensenthamangalam village, by the sixth respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the said statute

has been removed.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition as such is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.7001 of 2022 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.)
