(The case has been heard through video conference) The Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C., to set aside the order made on 22.06.2012 in M.C.No.18 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Revision has been filed against the order granting maintenance to the wife and son of the petitioner in M.C.No.18 of 2012, by the Family Court, Coimbatore, by order dated 22.06.2012. He would submit that a common order was passed by the learned Judge in M.C.No.18 of 2012 along with G.W.O.P.No.581 of 2010. The 1st respondent filed C.M.A.No.2374 of 2012 against the order passed in G.W.O.P.No.581 of 210 and aggrieved by portion of the order, the petitioner also filed C.M.A.No.2526 of 2015 before this Court and both the matters were heard and disposed by a Division bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 21.08.2019, based on the compromise arrived between the parties had disposed of both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. In view of the compromise, the order granting maintenance to the 1st respondent and to her son, has merged with the common order C.M.A.No.2526 of 2015 and C.M.A.No.2374 of 2012 passed on consent / compromise and thereby nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the same, the Criminal Revision stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
