2. Heard. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 482 days in filing the above appeal, is condoned, subject to petitioner paying a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to respondents within a period of two weeks from today.

Post after two (2) weeks for filing cost memo.
