Respondent Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to conduct the selection to the post included in CSSE-I Services 2010 as per the Group-II examination conducted on 30.07.2011 by following rule of reservation as per the procedure established by law as confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the orders passed in Rajesh Kumar Daria V. Rajasthan Public Service Commission reported in 2007 [8] SCC 785 and to arrive at cut off marks for calling the candidates for oral test for interview post so as to provide opportunity for all the candidates having chance of selection and to furnish copy of OMR Sheet to the petitioner.
**Prayer amended as per order dated 31.01.2013 in MP.No.4/2012 in WP.No.22814/2012.
