Although C.a.No.456 of 2018 is not listed before this court, it is noticed that orders were passed by this Court on 22.12.2023 permitting sale of the car through M/s.Alwin and Co., and to confirm the sale to the highest bidder. Report dated 08.02.2024 also records that the public auction was conducted on 29.01.2024 in presence of the Official Liquidator.

2. Recording the same, the above submission of the Official Liquidator and the report dated 08.02.2024 is taken on record.
