This petition has been filed to grant a further period of six months to complete the investigation and file final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 05.07.2022 made in Crl.O.P. No.20041 of 2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case FIR was registered on 29.09.2022 and investigation is yet to be completed. He further submitted that so far six witnesses were examined and 24 case related documents have been collected from Sub-Registrar Office, Sembium. He further submitted that the case is under investigation for examination of witnesses and collection of documents from Sub-Registrar Offices. Hence he seeks further time to complete investigation and file final report.

3. Considering the request of the learned Government Advocate, a further period of two months is granted to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.55 of 2021 as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2022 made in Crl.O.P.
