Mr.V.Sivakumar for Mr.P.D.Ramanujam COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the orders and decree dated 12.12.2023 passed by VIII Small Causes Court, in RCA.Nos.84 & 85 of 2021, confirming the orders passed by the XV Small Causes Court, Chennai, in RCOP No.797 & 798 of 2015 dated 29.03.2021.
2. When the matters were taken up for hearing on 05.08.2024, it was reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to vacate the premises and he is also ready to file an Affidavit of Undertaking to that effect, therefore, the matters have been posted on 07.08.2024. On 07.08.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby, this Court had directed the Registry to list these matters on 09.08.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". 2 / 4
3. Even today (09.08.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is the opinion that neither the petitioner nor the counsel for the petitioner is interested in prosecuting case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
