2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the order under contempt has been complied with. To that effect, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents furnished the proceedings of the Superintending Engineer, Nagai Electricity Distribution Circle, Nagapattinam vide Memo No.1353/Admn.1/A1/F.Fixation/13, dated 10.05.2013. 3.
Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and in view of the said proceedings, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings dated 10.05.2013, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
