Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to regularize the period form 23.02.2011 to 02.08.2012 as duty and sanction other monetary benefits such as salary for the period, incentive increment for higher qualification of M.Phil by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 30.03.2017 and 23.02.2018 to the third respondent .

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that on account of his transfer, there was a delay in joining in the transfered post. The entire period was not regulated by the competent authorities for the purpose of extending the service benefits.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the several representations are submitted by the writ petitioner and no action has been taken by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to regularize the period of leave in accordance with the rules in force. Thus without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation, submitted by the writ petitioner on 23.02.2018 and pass orders on merits according to law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representations and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
